I have been a fan and regular of Restaurant Sinclair since the new owners came in November 2012. Sinclair has recently revamped its terrace into a 365-day restaurant with glass sliding doors which open during the warm days of Spring and Summer and close during the winter months where we can enjoy eating under the sun and stars even during the snow days. What a fabulous idea. Of course, the outdoor terrace is still available, which is where we sat last night. The place was packed. We had the best grilled Octopus prepared by Executive Chef Huy, I also had the Seafood escabèche which was yummy and my friend had the beef tartar which she raved about. They also have a new menu which is incredibly delicious. Best hidden gem in Old Montreal.
